(map) If you’re a fan of the lively, clap-along sounds of gospel music, as well as of good barbecue, head over to Uncle Billy’s rooftop on Sundays. Part of the ever-expanding complex known as Oasis, TX, your uncle serves up a variety of beer brewed on-premises, as well as a heapin’ helpin’ of a BBQ buffet.

The buffet is $18.95 for all you can eat, and includes beef ribs, two kinds of sausage, ham, bacon, scrambled eggs with and without chopped brisket, grits, coleslaw, potato salad, mac ‘n cheese, biscuits and French toast with strawberries and whipped cream. Whew!

Uncle Billy’s always has a variety of their own brews on tap, with creative names like Hop Zombie and Hell in Keller. Read more about the place here.

High over Lake Travis – higher than The Oasis, even – the stage is set for Wesley Bray and the Disciples of Joy to get the audience to clap and sing along.

Forgot to mention the bread pudding for dessert.
