The Pizza Cave

(map) Time was, if you craved a real New York-style pizza around these parts? Fuhgeddaboudit. That is changing, thanks to authentic joints like the new Pizza Cave. The brick-lined, 600-degree oven isn’t just NY-style, it’s imported from New York. They make their own dough fresh every day, using it in a variety of thin-crust pizzas and calzones. Sauces are made in-house, too. One of the owners is from Joisey, and they really worked hard on the authenticity of the recipes.

The menu also offers pastas, subs, salads, beer and wine. Pizzas are available in a specialty pie, like the Veggie Loaded, above, or you can build your own. A nice addition to the Drippin’ landscape. Bada bing!
