This food truck changes locations daily. Those of us out West have a chance to get Evil a few times a week when they roll out to The Dig Pub, Jester King Brewery or the Lakeway Farmers Market. It’s worth seeking out their creative and delicious takes on hot dogs with names like the Colonel Klink or Green Dillo, below.
The Green Dillo is a monster of a dog. The chefs chicken-fry jalapeno sausage, then smother it in poblano-cream gravy, cheese and hot sauce. You’ll want to finish every last bite. The Colonel Klink, below, is a juicy bratwurst grilled, then topped with sauerkraut and spicy mustard.
