(map) From the ladies room at the LT Country Market and Texaco station, you can see all the way to Austin. Kinda reminds me of that song, “I can pee see for miles and miles…” A shout-out to my friend Natasha for the tip.

(UPDATE: closed) Now through Wednesday is the second week of Austin Restaurant Week. Four restaurants out here are participating this year. I’ve been wanting to try Mizu for a while, and the three-course menu for $35 was my perfect opportunity. Mizu has a spectacular setting
