Austin’s food-trailer craze is spreading out West! A large parking lot off 620 (see location here) is the designated space for eight to ten trailers (three are in place so far). Rosita’s serves tacos and plate lunches, as well as this unusual sandwich. The Pambazo is crazy-messy, but
