(map) Railroad recently opened a new location in Drippin’. But the family isn’t new to the barbecue biz. They’ve been mesquite-smoking meats for nearly 30 years, and it shows. Their beef brisket is some of the most tender and moist we’ve ever had – it literally melts in your mouth. The sausage is excellent as well. They make their own side dishes themselves. The beans are nicely flavored with just a bit of heat. The creamy potato salad has a few chunks of potato here and there, with a good ratio of mustard to mayo.
There are two big, open dining rooms featuring TVs . . .
or you can dine outside in one of the colorful chairs on the deck.
