14 Jan 2015(map) A classic, small-town cafe where everything is made with the freshest possible ingredients, and most things are made from scratch. Noon Spoon is open only for lunch Monday through Friday, and every day features a different special, like lasagna or King Ranch chicken. The menu offers a variety of fresh salads, homemade soups, sandwiches, wraps and quesadillas. Above, Combo #1, with half a pimento-cheese sandwich, a bowl of tortilla soup, salad and a “cheesy herb muffin.” It’s the perfect combo!
Above, the BLT, with not only loads of bacon and tomato, but slices of creamy avocado. Chips and salsa are on the side. The Noon Spoon is in a remodeled house, with art lining the walls of every room (and even the bathrooms). It’s a popular place, and the parking lot does get crowded. As the servers’ t-shirts read, “Where the food is good and the parking is terrible.”

Aha!
You found THE best place to eat in Marble Falls.
Everything is so fresh that on one occasion (that I know of) when the morning produce delivery didn’t make it, Jen refused to open the restaurant. It was a bummer cuz it was my hubby’s birthday, but boy did that attest to freshness.
We’ve done “girl” get-togethers there and the staff is so friendly.
As far as I know she’s not open on weekends but I heard she is opening some nights.
