(map)┬áThe former Noble Pig chefs are now hamming it up in their new location, which boasts a bigger dining room. The paucity of parking at their old place gives way to a plethora of spots here. What hasn’t changed is their amazing cooking: dishes with a laser-like focus on house-made and local ingredients that has won them raves from Food & Wine, the Food Network, the Wall Street Journal and the Travel Channel, to name-drop just a few. Above, the smoked-duck pastrami, cured in-house, and served with their signature crisp rye pickles.

This dining room is a bit bigger and much roomier. You still order at the counter and they bring it to you. The counter showcases their pickles and charcuterie, in case you want to bring some home. The classic menu is up for now, although they plan to introduce a variety of seasonal sandwiches soon.

The famous Noble Pig has it all: bacon, pulled pork, spicy ham they cure themselves, and provolone. Noble Sandwiches is also open for breakfast. Below, scrambled eggs and sausage served on waffles. They’re also rocking fried eggs and biscuits with black-pepper gravy.

They’re in the process of fixing up the patio to expand the dining room when (if?) the weather improves. Congrats on the new place, Brandon and John!
