(map) Java Dive has a new chef and owner who’s shaking up the menu. Chef Parker is still committed to fresh, local and organic, but he’s adding some dinner entrees and yes, beer and wine. Cheers to that! They’ve still got their famous waffles and omelets. Now they’re rolling out soups, salads, and exotic sandwiches like the prosciutto-provolone with fried egg on top. It is seriously delish. The salad is sprinkled with pecans and chunks of gorgonzola. They’re open for breakfast, lunch and, on Fridays and Saturdays, dinner with table service.
