New Happy Hour at ate.cafe

(map) “They came. They saw. They…ate,” is this cafe’s motto, and thanks to the new happy hour, now you can do that for less. We’ve raved previously about their authentic Spanish tapas here and amazing breakfast here, so we had to taste this. From 4 to 6, enjoy eight dishes at special prices, along with beer, wine or house-made sangria. Above, three different sliders: pot roast with blue cheese and arugula, smoked sausage with peppers and onions, and pot roast with Chef Rodolfo’s own chimichurri sauce. The French fries Provencal are the best fries in town, sprinkled with chopped garlic and parsley. And the spicy beef empanadas, below, are so authentic, they even import the pastry dough from Argentina. Cheers!
