(map) Dinner gets a little more exciting when there’s a chance of your eyebrows going up in smoke! Actually, the hibachi chefs here are pretty proficient with all things dangerous: fire, sharp knives, cleavers, raw eggs. They put on a great show that’ll have you ooh-ing, ahh-ing, and opening your mouth like a seal to catch tossed shrimp. It brings new meaning to the phrase, “dinner and a show.”

This chef's a flaming genius.

The flamboyant chefs go nonstop, slicing, dicing, stirring, and all the while keeping up a sizzling commentary of jokes. This one liked to flip the shaker up into his hat when he was done with it.

They’re not shy! Here, a nice incorporation of toys into the cooking process.

Hibachi entree choices include shrimp, salmon, chicken and two kinds of steak. You get soup and salad to enjoy while your chef entertains you by whipping up the main course.

The grilled NY strip steak was cooked to order, and was tender and juicy, with lots of flavor. You choose between fried or steamed rice.

This couple liked catching shrimp – or at least trying.
