(map) The next best thing to a trip to the Big Easy is this recent addition to the Mandola’s menu. An authentic “New Orleans Sicilian-American classic,” it features thin slices of salami, mortadella, capicola, sopressata, prosciutto, provolone and marinated-olive salad piled onto the requisite round, seeded bun. Crunchy, meaty, delightfully messy, and big enough to share.
