Ms. Doughnuts

(map) It’s always exciting to welcome a new store baking Homer Simpson’s favorite food. The locally owned Ms. Doughnuts held their grand opening last weekend with balloons, free cake, lots of sweet treats, and a surprise: biscuit sandwiches (more on that later). The cases are filled with all kinds of fresh doughnut variations: glazed, iced, filled, twists and cake versions. Everyone got a free bag of doughnut holes with their orders.

Life is sweet here, but there are savory options, too. Breakfast tacos, croissant sandwiches, and this incredible biscuit sandwich. A tender, flaky biscuit is loaded with meaty bacon, egg and cheese (you can also opt for sausage or ham), all for just $1.99. One at McDonald’s would be twice that much and this one is twice as good!

Here, you can have your cake and eat it, too. A light, airy cake donut indulgently covered in chocolate. Below, free slices of their special Grand Opening cake with a photo of the shop on top …

…were a big hit with the youngsters (and to be honest, the adults as well).

The owners named the place after the nearby M & S subdivision. Welcome to the neighborhood!

That looks like an incredible, not to mention yummy (!), time! Thanks for posting… Congratulations and good luck to them!
