The menu here lists 19 different specialty pizzas. They also have a special Pizza of the Week. Or you can create your own from their long list of 40 ingredients. So yes, you might say they’re all about the pizza here. They hand-toss the dough; you can opt for whole-wheat or even gluten-free crust, and they offer four different sizes. So many choices! Above, the Toscana, one of the many veggie options. It was loaded with spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, authentic kalamata and green olives, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, onion, feta cheese and premium mozzarella. The thin whole-wheat crust was bellissimo.
