Mandola’s Italian Market

Tida digs this pistachio-and-hazelnut combo.

This is both a bustling restaurant and a market, with imported Italian foods, a real bakery, and a deli counter where you can order the spicy Italian fennel sausages they make themselves. See more! It’s a big place, with two dining rooms and a dog-friendly outdoor patio. They offer a lot of Italian favorites like pastas, paninis, and pizza. Like Tida’s Italian grandmother would say, “Mangia!”

A lot of veggie options: We liked the melanzane (grilled eggplant) pizza with side salad.

The Hero Panini, Mandola's version of Louisiana's muffaletta.

Gel-ahhh-to. They make it fresh every day.
