What a contender! 1/3-pound of grass-fed, organic beef (you can upgrade to Wagyu beef for $2.50 more), served on a freshly baked whole-wheat bun, topped with melted cheddar and a huge, roasted poblano pepper. Served with all the fixin’s so you can build it yourself. It’s ultra-juicy, with a good pepper-to-beef ratio. The chef says they’ll be serving up Hatch green chiles in August.
