Dock & Roll Diner

(map)┬áPinch yourself! We have been patiently waiting and waiting for this trailer, famed for its Maine lobster rolls, to roll in. Now it’s here, and “The Maine Event” lives up to its billing. This signature lobster roll offers a heaping helping of freshly cooked lobster mixed with Dock & Roll mayo and lemon butter, then piled on a soft, toasted roll. Obviously the best in Texas, it could even give those Up Nawth some claws for envy.

The little slice of heaven that is the new “Lakeway Longhorn,” aka the second Dock & Roll Diner trailer. It’s the first one out West. Below, although it slightly resembles West Texas roadkill, the Phil Billy Cheesesteak is actually super-tasty. Slices of rib-eye are cooked to order with sauteed onions and poblano peppers. Provolone is melted over that, then it’s topped with tangy pepper relish. The diner also offers a BLT, poboy, salads, and assorted sides, as well as six regional variations on The Maine Event. Wicked good!
