(map) Last Friday, the Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting for the newest business in booming Drippin’. Open for lunch and tea, Kell Cat offers Irish specialties like fish and chips, shepherd’s pie, and spatchcock chicken. Irish teas, homemade breads and light plates served in the afternoon. It’s BYOB, so cheers to that!
