Brunch at Iron Cactus

(map) This has to be the biggest brunch we’ve ever seen. It’s like something you’d see on a cruise ship. Two long sides of the dining room are lined with dish after dish. There’s an omelet station where you can order yours custom-made. A carving station for pork tenderloin and roast beef. Whatever your favorite brunch dish is, odds are that it’s here: Migas, huevos rancheros, scrambled eggs, cheese enchiladas, beef and chicken fajitas, sausage, bacon, tamales, biscuits with jalapeno gravy, pasta, grilled fish, pancakes, french toast and waffles and more. All that for $13.95, and kids under 5 eat free. You can enjoy it on the patio, overlooking the fountains at the Hill Country Galleria. They also serve a “bottomless” mimosa, which really makes brunch festive!

You can top your french toast and waffles with pecans, berries, fresh whipped cream, even chocolate chips.

Huevos rancheros, tamale, enchilada, guac, and a biscuit with jalapeno gravy. Heaven!

If you have any room left, there’s a whole table of desserts to choose from.
