Breakfast at Taqueria Guadalajara

The morning meal doesn’t get any richer or more decadent than chilaquiles. They’re like breakfast nachos: chips smothered with cheese, green tomatillo sauce and sour cream. But chilaquiles are just one of the enticing menu items at this busy breakfast hotspot. The most popular are the 99¢ breakfast tacos, but you’ll also find migas, huevos rancheros and even regular ol’ pancakes.

Their version of the American breakfast: light, fluffy pancakes, scrambled eggs with lots of bacon, hash browns and flavorful refried beans, all for just $3.99. No wonder the place is popular!

The colorful dining room is divided in half, and is always busy. There’s usually a line of folks ordering breakfast tacos to go, too, especially on weekdays. The tacos are a deal at just 99¢ each.
