Okay, so you won’t be in New Jersey freezing your buns off. You can still guzzle beer in a cheering crowd and talk smack about the Seahawks. If you’d rather stay home, Maudie’s is doing team-sized takeout, with tacos and enchiladas by the dozen, fajitas by the pound, and of course, chips, salsa, queso and guacamole. Gumbo’s has party-to-go packs of gumbo, jambalaya, etouffee, calamari, shrimp and more. And Stuffed Cajun Meat Market will be open till 5 on Sunday, selling takeout buckets of gumbo and jambalaya.
