Every Thursday here is smoked Prime Rib Night and it is fantastic. You can order it rare, medium or any way you like, with your choice of two sides for $16. This juicy slab of beef was served up with a loaded baked potato and two cute little Yorkshire puddings. Buster’s owner Tim says he’s eaten prime rib around the world, and the best was served with Yorkshire pudding (it’s kind of like a savory little souffle). You can top it with tangy horseradish-sour cream sauce or brown gravy made with drippings from the beef as it cooks. For dessert, don’t miss the peach cobbler. One more tip: If they have any prime rib left over, they make chili out of it on Fridays!
Buster’s has a cool shady deck, with a great view out into the woods. It’s a neighborhood place, filled with families and friends. There’s live music out here on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. This night, Michael Samuels was playing. You can listen to his amazing harmonica solo below.

My whole family and I love Buster’s because they really deliver the experience and not just the food. In addition, if you are into oysters, you can’t go wrong. I had three dozen last week and they were the largest freshest oysters I’ve had. Thanks
Ed. note: Totally agree!
