(map) A hit last year, this “celebration of all things olive” is back this Saturday at Texas Hill Country Olive Company in Drippin’. Not just for olive-lovers, the festival offers local foods and wine tastings by 16 Hill Country wineries, including Messina Hof, Duchman, Lewis Cellars, and William Chris. There are samples from ten local restaurants, as well as chef demo’s by five local chefs, including Chef Jack Gilmore from Jack Allen’s Kitchen. Live music is provided by four local bands.
